A quote you can raise yourself.
If you need a price on paper before you can raise a purchase order, you don’t have to email us and wait. Build the whole order on our site and save it as a quote, with a reference number on it, ready to send to whoever signs it off.
The whole thing, start to finish. Four minutes.
Build it, price it, save it, accept it.
Build what you need
Start the way you’d start any order. Whatever you choose is what lands on the quote, options and all.
Add the delivery details
The date you need it, the time window, and where it’s going. Your date and your address are what set the delivery charge, so the total is a real one.
Save it as a quote
Below the Place order button you’ll find the quote panel. Check the email address, change it if the quote needs to reach whoever approves it, and save.
Accept when you’re ready
Your quotes live in My Account, under Quotes. Choosing how you’d like to pay is what turns the quote into a confirmed order, at the price you were quoted.
Two things people get caught by.
A note is a request, not a price
The moment you type anything into Order Notes, the panel tells you your quote won’t be instant. That’s deliberate. A note might be a dietary requirement or an extra item, and either can change the price, so one of our team reads it first and confirms it with you before anything is agreed.
Held from the moment you accept
Saving a quote does not reserve your delivery window. It’s yours from the moment you accept, and not before. If someone takes it while you’re waiting on approval, we tell you before you get anywhere near paying, and the times still free that day are right there to move across to. Your items and your total don’t change.
