Deliveries to NSW Government at 6 Parramatta Square

6 Parramatta Square (12 Darcy St) has specific internal security requirements which should be noted when placing an order with us:

No Lobby Deliveries

The ground floor concierge does not accept or facilitate deliveries, or allow handovers in or around the main lobby. All delivery personnel are directed to access the building via the loading dock. Please include the building level you would like your catering delivered to when placing your order. If in doubt, default to level 11 or speak to the level 11 concierge team.

Direct to Floor Deliveries Require Staff Access

We deliver to 6PSQ daily and are familiar with the required process. For deliveries to a specific floor, a staff member must be available to meet our driver at the goods lift lobby on that level and escort them to the appropriate location for drop-off. Concierge can serve as that contact on level 11.

Level 11 Catering Kitchen (Preferred Option)

Internal building policy requires that all catering deliveries be directed to the catering kitchen on Level 11, where items can be securely stored in commercial fridges and managed by the concierge team. Please note: Level 11 concierge is only available from 8:30am onwards.

Delivery Labelling and Notification

All catering items are clearly labelled using the “Shipping details” entered at checkout to help differentiate your order. An SMS confirmation will be sent to the nominated delivery contact once the order has been delivered.

Fridge Space Considerations

If you request delivery to a level other than 11, please ensure there is sufficient fridge space available to safely store the catering items.
