Mexican Chicken Caesar Kale Salad

Crisp kale and lettuce tossed with chicken, shredded cheese and a smoky chipotle Caesar dressing, finished with crunchy tortilla chips, sweet red capsicum and a lift of jalapeno. Fresh, generous and with just enough heat to make it interesting.
